Intro
Over the last few months, Aramex has been expanding their business-to-consumer and business-to-business connections, and supporting small businesses via the MicroHub ecosystem. We identified new, up-and-coming, home based entrepreneurs whose small businesses needed a trustworthy and affordable distribution partner and linked their businesses with the fast, convenient and safe Aramex Store-to-Door service. In the process we were able to give much deserved national exposure to the participating brands and connect their products with customers all over the country, conveniently and overnight.

Client Challenge / Micro Campaign Scope
The economy is changing fast. More and more entrepreneurs are running home based businesses, some as primary and others as secondary income drivers. Aramex Couriers were looking to expand brand exposure of their Store-to-Door services to micro enterprises in Port Elizabeth and Stellenbosch that needed a trustworthy distribution partner to grow their home based businesses.
Approach
Our team identified 5 home based micro entrepreneurs in each target area. Each participant would send a parcel to a client in another city using the Store-to-Door Dropbox. Each interaction with the Store-to-Door process was captured as a MicroVideo. MicroBlogs provided more insight into their own business, and why they use or would use Aramex Store-to-Door services. The footage could be used by each micro entrepreneur on their own social platforms (a value add to them), was published and streamed via MicroMedia and MicroHub platforms, and sent to the client for to use on their own social platforms.
